Bandung, 20–22 Oktober 2026. Selama tiga hari, Kota Kembang berubah menjadi ruang diskusi terbesar bagi para insinyur Asia Tenggara. Persatuan Insinyur Indonesia (PII) menjadi tuan rumah CAFEO 44, konferensi ke-44 federasi organisasi keinsinyuran ASEAN (AFEO), yang mempertemukan lebih dari seribu insinyur dari 11 negara.
Di antara seminar, diskusi kelompok kerja, dan kunjungan teknis, ada satu sudut yang membuat banyak pengunjung berhenti melangkah: sebuah booth merah-hitam dengan tulisan besar GRAHA PONDASI — Foundation Specialist. PT Graha Pondasi Semesta turut berpartisipasi di CAFEO 44, dan kehadiran itu terasa seperti pulang ke kota yang sudah lama menjadi bagian dari perjalanan kami.
Graha Pondasi diwakili langsung oleh dua pimpinannya yang turut berpartisipasi dalam acara ini: Ir. Juse Roejanto, M.T., IPM selaku Direktur dan David Prawira, B.A. selaku Komisaris GRAHAPONDASI.
Forum besar, pembahasan yang dekat dengan pekerjaan kami
Tema CAFEO 44, Future of ASEAN: Shared Prosperity and Humanity through Inclusive and Sustainable Industrialisation, menyentuh topik yang sedang menentukan wajah kawasan: kota berkelanjutan, energi bersih, baterai kendaraan listrik, hingga pusat data. Semua itu membutuhkan satu hal yang jarang tampil di poster dan acara peresmian: pondasi yang kuat.
Sebuah pusat data memikul peralatan berat yang tidak boleh bergeser. Pabrik, jembatan, dan gedung tinggi bertumpu pada tanah yang kondisinya berbeda di setiap lokasi. Di titik itulah kontraktor spesialis pondasi bekerja: jauh di bawah permukaan, tetapi menentukan apakah seluruh bangunan di atasnya berdiri aman selama puluhan tahun.
Booth yang mengajak orang bercerita
Begitu melangkah ke booth, pengunjung disambut miniatur rig bor putar berwarna merah yang berdiri tegak, ditemani miniatur ekskavator, kalender meja berisi pengalaman proyek, dan majalah yang terbuka. Di sisi lain, roll-up banner memuat daftar layanan lengkap beserta dua kode QR: satu untuk mengunduh profil perusahaan, satu lagi untuk menonton video profil.
Di meja, pin dan kipas bertuliskan pesan-pesan kami tersedia untuk pengunjung. Semuanya dirancang agar percakapan mudah dimulai: dari sebuah miniatur yang bisa dilihat dari dekat, orang bisa bertanya apa fungsinya, lalu berlanjut ke jenis pondasi, metode pengujian tiang, hingga tantangan tanah di berbagai daerah.
Setiap bangunan besar dimulai dari pondasi yang tepat.
Kalimat itu terpampang di bagian depan booth, dan menjadi alasan kami hadir: bukan sekadar memperkenalkan perusahaan, melainkan mengajak para insinyur melihat pondasi sebagai keputusan rekayasa pertama yang menentukan semua keputusan setelahnya.
Kembali ke Bandung
Bandung bukan kota asing bagi kami. Pekerjaan bored pile dan secant pile untuk Gedung 1 dan 2 ITB Innovation Park di Bandung, bersama WG–WIKA (KSO), adalah salah satu karya yang tercatat dalam rekam jejak kami. Hadir di CAFEO 44 berarti kembali ke kota tempat karya kami berdiri, kali ini untuk bertukar gagasan dengan komunitas insinyur sekawasan.

Bandung, 20–22 October 2026. For three days, the City of Flowers became the biggest meeting room for engineers from across Southeast Asia. The Indonesian Society of Engineers (Persatuan Insinyur Indonesia, PII) hosted CAFEO 44, the 44th conference of the ASEAN Federation of Engineering Organisations (AFEO), bringing together more than a thousand engineers from 11 countries.
Between the seminars, working-group sessions and technical visits, one corner made many visitors stop in their tracks: a red-and-black booth with large lettering that read GRAHA PONDASI — Foundation Specialist. PT Graha Pondasi Semesta took part in CAFEO 44, and being there felt like coming home to a city that has long been part of our journey.
Graha Pondasi was represented in person by two of its leaders, who took part in the event: Ir. Juse Roejanto, M.T., IPM, Director, and David Prawira, B.A., Commissioner of GRAHAPONDASI.
A major forum on topics close to our work
The CAFEO 44 theme, Future of ASEAN: Shared Prosperity and Humanity through Inclusive and Sustainable Industrialisation, touched on subjects that are shaping the region: sustainable cities, clean energy, electric-vehicle batteries and data centres. All of them depend on something that rarely makes it onto posters or opening ceremonies: a strong foundation.
A data centre carries heavy equipment that must never shift. Factories, bridges and high-rise buildings rest on soil that differs from one site to the next. That is where a specialist foundation contractor works: far below the surface, yet deciding whether everything above stands safely for decades.
A booth that invites a story
Stepping up to the booth, visitors were greeted by an upright red miniature rotary drilling rig, accompanied by a miniature excavator, a desk calendar of project experience and an open magazine. Beside it, a roll-up banner listed our full range of services with two QR codes: one to download the company profile, the other to watch the profile video.
On the table, pins and fans carrying our messages were available to visitors. Everything was designed to make conversation easy to start: from a miniature you can look at up close, people can ask what it does, and the talk moves on to types of foundations, pile-testing methods and the challenges of soil in different regions.
Every great building begins with the right foundation.
That sentence stood across the front of the booth, and it is the reason we came: not just to introduce a company, but to invite engineers to see the foundation as the first engineering decision, the one that shapes every decision after it.
Back in Bandung
Bandung is no stranger to us. The bored pile and secant pile work for Buildings 1 and 2 of ITB Innovation Park in Bandung, together with WG–WIKA (JO), is one of the projects in our track record. Being at CAFEO 44 meant returning to a city where our work stands, this time to exchange ideas with the region's engineering community.
