Siapa kami
Graha Pondasi (GRAHAPONDASI) adalah perusahaan konstruksi dan kontraktor spesialis pondasi yang berdiri sejak 2011 dan berkantor di Kelapa Gading, Jakarta Utara. Bersama para insinyur dan tim proyek, kami fokus pada satu bidang dan berusaha menjalankannya sebaik mungkin: membangun serta menguji pondasi untuk bandara, jalan tol, jalur rel, dan gedung tinggi di seluruh Indonesia.
Slogan kami sederhana, dan Anda bisa membacanya di banner booth kami di CAFEO 44 Bandung: “Setiap bangunan besar dimulai dari pondasi yang tepat.”
Apa yang kami kerjakan
Layanan kami terbagi dalam dua keluarga besar. Yang pertama adalah Foundation Works, yaitu pekerjaan membangun pondasi dan dinding penahan tanah:

- Soldier Pile
- Contiguous Bored Pile
- Secant Pile
- Pre Boring
Yang kedua adalah Pile Testing, yaitu pengujian untuk membuktikan bahwa pondasi bekerja sesuai rencana:
- Static Loading Test: aksial, tension, dan lateral
- O-Cell Test
- Dynamic Load Test
- Integrity Test
Kombinasi ini penting. Kami tidak berhenti pada membangun pondasi; kami juga menguji dan membuktikan kinerjanya. Bagi pemilik proyek, itu berarti satu mitra untuk dua tahap yang saling menguatkan.

Mutu dan keselamatan yang tersertifikasi
Graha Pondasi bersertifikat ISO 9001 (manajemen mutu) dan ISO 45001 (keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja) dari AMTIVO dengan akreditasi UKAS (8289). Kami juga mengoperasikan alat dan gudang milik sendiri, yang membantu kami menjaga jadwal dan mutu pekerjaan.

Who we are
Graha Pondasi (GRAHAPONDASI) is a construction company and foundation specialist contractor established in 2011, with its office in Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta. Together with engineers and project teams, we focus on one field and aim to do it as well as possible: building and testing foundations for airports, toll roads, rail lines and high-rise buildings across Indonesia.
Our motto is simple, and you could read it on our banner at the CAFEO 44 booth in Bandung: “Every great building begins with the right foundation.”
